Consulting Solutions’ dedicated team members are qualified, experienced professionals who understand the importance of the due diligence services we provide. Our reports are easy to read, with clear findings and recommendations. Appropriate detail is provided in the report so that the borrower and lender understand the scope of the repairs and the methodology for determining reserves. Consulting Solutions does not “close the door” on the assessment process once the report has been issued. We work with the client as the transaction proceeds to ensure that the immediate repairs and reserves are accurate and reasonable and the physical condition of the real estate asset is fully understood.

Beverly Sneddon

Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Sneddon is the CEO and majority owner of Consulting Solutions (CSI). Ms. Sneddon is responsible for setting and executing the company’s overall strategy, ensuring organizational performance, managing capital allocation, and building and overseeing the senior management team. She formerly served as the firm’s COO, responsible for designing and implementing the company’s operational policies, initiatives and goals during a period of rapid growth. Beverly is an attorney with experience as a litigator and in national and global operations roles for a Fortune 500 insurance company prior to joining CSI in 2011.

Mallory Seagraves

Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Seagraves is the Chief Operating Officer at Consulting Solutions (CSI), where she oversees the day-to-day operations across the company’s nationwide offices. With a focus on operational efficiency, she leads development and execution of operational strategies, policies, and initiatives to drive efficiency, productivity, that drive the company’s growth and enhance client satisfaction.

In her role, Ms. Seagraves ensures seamless coordination across departments, leveraging her leadership and collaborative approach to maintain a high-performing, results-driven work environment. A key part of her role is to ensure cross-functional collaboration, working closely with teams in marketing, sales, finance, and production to align operational goals with the company’s broader vision. With a focus on continuous improvement, she works to streamline processes, monitor revenue margins, and implement new initiatives aimed at maximizing productivity and enhancing client outcomes. Ms. Seagraves brings a collaborative leadership style to her role, ensuring that the company remains agile and responsive to market needs while delivering exceptional results for clients.

Paul Sneddon

Founder

Mr. Sneddon is the founder of Consulting Solutions. A known expert in the industry, lenders in the commercial/multifamily sector turn to Paul for his depth of technical knowledge and capacity for innovative but practical problem solving. Mr. Sneddon provides periodic advisory services for CSI.
